  • Appointments are scheduled after an initial consultation and design approval. Please share detailed information about your idea through the contact form.

  • Custom designs are created following a concept consultation. The design is finalized either before your appointment or on the day of your session, depending on the workflow.

  • A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date under certain conditions.

  • Avoid alcohol, make sure you are well-rested, and arrive having eaten.

  • Aftercare instructions are provided in writing. During the initial healing period, avoid excessive water exposure, direct sun, and friction.
